Apply pre-emergent to prevent weeds.

Set out bait station or squirrelinator. Start indoors - artichoke, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, swiss chard from seed.

Prepare garden beds as soon as snow is gone and soil is workable - add compost.
