Sauerkraut 101

Learn how to make delicious sauerkraut and use it in recipies at home!

Presented by Doreen Spires. Learn how to take cabbage and turn it into the pickled delight known as sauerkraut! This is a hands-on class, so you will be making it and taking it home. Attendees are required to bring the following:

  • large salad bowl
  • good sized cutting board
  • large knife
  • potato masher

There will also be tools available to purchase at the class.
